Chuan Grove Residences Project Details

Chuan Grove Residences Condo is a new residential development located along Chuan Grove, within the established Lorong Chuan precinct in District 19. As a New Launch Condo at Chuan Grove, the project is planned to offer modern residential living within a mature estate that benefits from existing infrastructure, neighbourhood amenities, and well developed transport connectivity. The Chuan Grove site was secured by a Sing Holdings-Sunway Developments joint venture through a highly competitive Government Land Sale (GLS) tender, reflecting strong developer confidence in the long term potential of the area. The GLS tender attracted seven bids, with the top bid of S$703.6 million (S$1,376 psf per plot ratio) submitted in July 2025. A second adjacent Chuan Grove site also received a competitive bid from the same joint venture in September 2025, with plans to amalgamate both sites for a larger scale residential development.
